Users appreciate the app's basic functionality for buying tickets and its visual design. However, the app suffers from frequent payment failures and delays, problematic registration and login due to missing SMS verification, poor user interface and experience including broken favorite routes and confusing navigation, forced redirects to web pages, and lack of official receipts for ticket purchases. These issues together result in a frustrating user experience and diminished reliability.

Pros

Allows purchasing tickets through the app which is more convenient than buying at the station.
The app is still functional for basic ticket purchases despite its issues.
The app has a visually appealing design.

Cons

App frequently fails or delays payments; sometimes results in double charges or delayed ticket delivery.
Registration and login are problematic: SMS verification codes often not received, causing registration failures and locking users out.
User interface and user experience are poor: back button behavior is counterintuitive, favorite routes function is broken, and navigation is confusing.
App sometimes redirects users to external browser pages for actions that should be handled within the app.
App fails to send receipts or proper billing information, complicating official expense reimbursement processes.

Recent reviews

Saved payment details are deleted every few days or whenever there is an update, making it difficult to buy a ticket if you are running for a train an have not checked if your prefered payment method has been deleted AGAIN. On top of deleting saved added cards Google pay method has been just deleted.

you cannot buy a ticket for a train in the train. but 1 star you can see the schedule. from 3 attempts (!sic once in a year) to buy a ticket 0 success. I am definitely unlucky with this app. urged to buy paper ticket, damage to the nature, harm to ecology. GJ, GL, HF
