PushNow: AI Push-Up Counter

The push-up counter that actually counts. PushNow uses on-device AI pose detection to count every rep in real time, verify your form, and give you a workout breakdown the moment you're done.

▸ ACCURATE REAL-TIME COUNTING
Prop your phone up, get into push-up position, and PushNow does the rest. No tapping, no manual tracking, no guessing. The app recognizes your plank position, fires a 3...2...1...GO countdown, and counts every rep until you stop, with rep-by-rep photos so you can see exactly how each one looked.

▸ FORM BREAKDOWN
Every workout ends with a full breakdown: your range of motion rep by rep, your fullest and shortest rep with the reason, pace charts, and every rep on photo, full screen.

▸ EARN XP, LEVEL UP, BUILD STREAKS
Every push-up earns XP. Hit your daily goal to keep your streak alive. Unlock achievements for milestones, streaks, podium finishes and special challenge completions.

▸ SPECIAL CHALLENGES
Take on iconic fitness tests, with a clear PASSED or NOT PASSED at the end:
• USMC Physical Fitness Test
• FBI Agent Fitness Test
• Royal Marines CPC standard
• Murph Push-Up Section
• The 100 Club

▸ PUSH-UP REQUESTS
Lost a bet? Want to call out a friend? Send a push-up request by email, or share a link through any app. They open PushNow, do the reps under the camera, and you both see it marked complete. Verified by computer vision, no faking it.

▸ GLOBAL LEADERBOARD
See where you rank against PushNow users worldwide, by age group, or by country. Set your display name and join the climb.

▸ BUILT FOR PRIVACY
Camera frames are processed on your device and never uploaded. Workout data is encrypted in transit. Delete your account and everything in it from Settings, no data retention games.
