Perfect for me as I love the slow living, calm, cozy life. It's easy to add notes throughout the day or just once if I'm in a hurry right from my phone screen as there's plenty of widgets to choose from. There's now extra space for reflection either alone, or with Oli your ai helper. Also plenty of prompts. I've found Folio replacing several other productivity apps as I can add tasks, habits, moods and more so it helps with digital minimalism doing everything in one app instead of more.
