Tweak & Eat is now available to all Ooredoo Oman Users, and all iPhone users.

1. Use the app to take a photo of the plate. ‘Tweak it’. Get a tweak of your plate from a certified nutritionist as you are eating
2. Rate the Tweak and the nutritionist
3. Share the Tweak to the ‘Tweak Wall’. Have the other Tweaker’s ‘Awesome’ it and ‘Comment’
4. ‘MY EDR’ (Electronic Diet Report) will have your ‘Food and Tweak’ Diary. ‘Reports’ will have your weekly report of %Carb, %Protein, %Fat consumed with advise and recommendation from the nutritionist for the coming week
5. Set Tweak Reminders for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner
6. ‘My Tweak Streak’ keeps count of your Streak – never bring it down to zero
7. Edit your Profile anytime
