An app with a lot of bugs. In order for it to work, almost daily maintenance is necessary. Customer service does not answer at all. It's a shame there is no WhatsApp for quick and easy support

This app doesn't work very well. I bought it mainly for monitoring my kid WhatsApp account. My kid has an iPhone, and every couple of days, I need to open a new session on my kid device since the old one is stuck/not responding, and hence, it's not monitored! Support response was very lame :"we will check it" and no response since. If you want to montitor an iPhone you better check other more stable options.
