2022-01-21	AR*****		I ordered 6 nightie and they delivered only 5. Don't even refund the money. Also, in app, all the materials are mentioned as cotton. But except 2, none were cotton. And the cotton ones were also of very low quality. Every item I got was a defective piece in one or the other way. No way to track the order at all. Worst customer experience. Don't use this app. Waste.

But it keep on showing order placed only.If we approach whatsapp enquiry, they saying its only for purchase.If we get into online chat, they ask us to contact by phone call. By phone call they saying its not yet received, processing, already started etc.,keep update track shipping status to ease your customer service.Nowadays small food delivery app giving tracking info
