Pulso – Caregivers and nurses for home-care agencies

Pulso supplies verified caregivers and nurses to home-care agencies, nursing agencies and senior-care companies in Kerala, and to agencies in Bengaluru. Tell us the duty and we send the person. You set your own price to your client and keep everything above the caregiver rate. No commission, no share.

How it works
1) Add your client and the care needed – 8-hour or 24-hour duty
2) Pick the level – Basic caregiver, GDA, or Nurse
3) The caregiver rate is fixed by level. You set what your client pays, above that rate.
4) Pulso finds a verified caregiver. You see who is going before the first day.
5) A selfie check-in at the client's door every day, visible to you.
6) One weekly bill for the days worked. Pulso pays the caregiver.

In Kerala you can also simply call or WhatsApp us with the duty; the app then shows you every booking, check-in and bill.

Three caregiver levels
• Basic – practical caregiving experience, no formal certificate
• GDA and above – GDA, ANM, HCA or an equivalent caregiving certificate
• Nurse – GNM, BSc Nursing or higher; required for stoma and tracheostomy care

What you see
• All your clients and their care plans
• Each booking's status, from "finding a caregiver" to "care complete"
• The caregiver assigned – name, level and qualification
• Daily check-ins and your weekly bills

Your clients stay yours. Pulso never contacts or bills your client.
