Pulse Log

Pulse Log is a health record app that allows you to easily record and check your blood pressure and weight by date.

You can save your morning blood pressure, evening blood pressure, and weight on selected dates and view your record status at a glance on the calendar. You can check trends in systolic, diastolic, and weight based on the last 7 or 30 days using graphs, and dates without records are displayed separately.

You can export your records for the last 30 days or your entire record as a CSV file or PDF summary for hospital visits or consultations. The PDF summary includes the recording period, average blood pressure, average weight, recent trend graphs, and a table of recent records.

Pulse Log does not transmit your health records to developer servers. The entered records are stored on the device and shared as CSV or PDF files to external apps only if the user manually selects to export.
