PulseFlow – Heart Rate Monitor

PulseFlow uses your phone's rear camera to measure your heart rate — no smartwatch, chest strap, or external sensor required.

HOW IT WORKS
Just place your fingertip gently over the rear camera lens and hold still for 40 seconds. PulseFlow captures light changes in your finger using remote photoplethysmography (rPPG) — the same optical principle used in hospital pulse oximeters. It extracts the subtle pulse signal from the green and red channels of the camera feed, applies a fast Fourier transform (FFT), and identifies your dominant heart frequency in the 42–180 BPM range.

FEATURES
• Fast 40-second measurement
• Live signal waveform displayed in real time
• Measurement history with timestamps
• BPM trend graph over time
• Export your data to CSV (share by email, WhatsApp, Drive, and more)
• Arabic and English language support with full right-to-left (RTL) layout

PRIVACY FIRST
PulseFlow never uploads, records, or stores your camera feed. All processing happens entirely on your device. Your measurement history is saved locally and only shared if you choose to export it.
