Our neighbour's garage door is controlled with this app. She decided on this app, instead of getting phisical remotes. We installed it too, so we can have access to her place if something happens. So we did not use this in a year, but yesterday we needed that access. I have a new phone and the settings are not restored, I have no device available anymore. My wife has the same old phone, but still, she has also no device to control. So to put it short: this is not reliable, better get a remote.
