Would not recommend tgis product let alone the app. These retail for upwards of 650 dollars in some stores for the Peak Pro. 18 months and I have been through 2 of them due to battery failure. Charged only on slow charging and battery protection is turned on. Be really pissed if my pivot fails.

2026-05-11	Je*****	Spent over $500 on my puffco Peak Pro and it quits working less than 2 months into ownership. I filed a claim over 2 weeks ago and they say they will get back to you in 48-72 business hours. Hasn't happened. I'm about to file a charge back on the shop i got it from whos a licensed retailer and let them deal with Puffco.

2026-05-07	He*****	I like to update every year. still a garbage app. completely null with trying to connect to any phone. worst Bluetooth I've ever known to exist in all of my life. edit after a year or so: Bluetooth is much better. actually connects to the device as it was supposed to. took many years for this issue to be fixed though. but it's fixed

2026-04-24	An*****	app runs everything wonderfully if I had one thing I'd like to add a widget or in window player so you could see the temperature in time left on your device will still roaming around in other apps it doesn't shut your device off when you leave the app so it's functional anyway but I'd like to see the time
