I really love the app, I did have to uninstall and reinstall to get it to work again. Regarding graffiti the team has just been spot on as well as fixing the potholes in the road thank you City of Fresno

3 months ago you took a fairly straight forward easy to use app and "upgraded" it to an app that takes longer to submit requests, with radio buttons that partially block other buttons, an awkward verification process with no text option, and a less user friendly photo upload option. If this "upgrade" was designed specifically to discourage use of the app, then I offer you a hearty congratulations on a job well done. It was a solid 4.5 stars and now it's a 2.
