My journey began at age 12.
At the time, I was battling obesity and asthma. While many saw limitations, I saw a battlefield.
Nothing was given. Everything was earned.
Workout after workout.
Day after day.
Breath after breath.
I transformed my body, strengthened my mind, and learned that discipline beats motivation. Pain taught me. Persistence shaped me. Consistency transformed me.
Today, I use that experience to guide others.
I am here to protect and guide warriors who navigate uncharted waters in search of their desired land, whether it's losing fat, gaining muscle mass, improving performance, or rebuilding their functional health.
