2024-09-04	Je*****	DON'T USE THIS APP. IT DOESN'T WORK AND EV STATION PLUZ STAFF ARE NO HELP WHATSOEVER IN SOLVING PROBLEMS. WHEN MY CREDIT CARD EXPIRED AND I TRIED TO ADD A NEW CARD THEIR SYSTEM WON'T TAKE THE NEW CARD OR THREE OTHER CARDS FROM TWO BANKS. "ON ION" AND "PEA" HAVE NO PROBLEMS WITH THE SAME CARDS. IT'S BEEN OVER TWO MONTHS OF DEALING WITH THIS AND EV STATION PLUZ STILL CAN'T SOLVE IT AND ALL THEY CAN SAY IS "TRY ANOTHER CARD" AS IF I'M PLAYING A SLOT MACHINE!! TERRIBLE!!! ZERO STARS

2024-05-04	Lo*****	The worst app ever. Registered with email, which I had to confirm in my email box. The email never came. Tried to resend a hundred times but got the message "resend failed". Finally after succeeded resending the confirmation email, it still never came. I looked in every folder and spam but nowhere. I could never charge my car and got frustrated to find another outlet service without this supplier. Of course, call center did not even pick up the phone, even rejected calls.

2023-10-18	Ve*****	A lot of problem, it took me more than half an hour to start charging and after 15 minutes I have to stop charging since it was reserved. Imaging spending 30 minutes under the sun trying to use the app and only get 15% of battery! This is my experience using this app. I personally do not like the reservation function since I faceed with a guy who reserved slots but did not ues it so I have to wait 16 minute for the symtem to released the reservation, and another guy who reserved multiple slots.
