2021-04-04	Ga*****	useless hopeless app - all the honey about rewards, endless promo messages BUT cant access to enjoy the promos, always tells you password is incorrect (changed several times) or cannot access server - it's a deliberate marketing joke.... and a massive 25mb app file of poor programming 🤣.... Finally got it/password to work deleting all cache and data as another user mentioned...

2020-10-05	Ch*****	So they switched from card to this cardless app and i cannot register again since my phone number is already used. It is also not allowing me to reset my password as the Forget password is not working since yesterday. I obviously have no idea what password to use since I have no password to begin with as it is the first time i am trying to login.

2020-08-09	Va*****	Tried to purchase mooncakes on the app. There is no indication that an item is out of stock. In addition, when I hav ordered an item, it is not added to my cart. This defeats the purpose of downloading the app and launching "members-only" promotions.

2020-04-16	A *****	I am a fan of TCC and I love the food here.. but this app needs improvement. There's potential to be a good customer engagement service, the execution needs rethink. Many of the content just doesn't appeal to me at all.

2020-02-28	A *****	Unable to open the app. It passby the login page and went into a forever spinning mode. Totally useless app. Reinstall several tine s and still the same issue. Give up.

2020-02-10	A *****	App does not work. Home screen loads endlessly without any progress. Contacted TCC rewards team twice. Email contains the same advice to clear cache and data. When I replied them that their method does not work- radio silence.

2020-02-04	A *****	After upgrade of app, cannot log in at all. Uninstall and install ultimate time still the same. Even tried going in a tcc cafe to try the app but the app keep saying no network although connected to tcc wireless as well as using data. Our tcc$ forfeitted while trying to log in your new app. Do something with your new app and return our tcc$.

2019-12-18	A *****	I realised that I am not alone. Have been uninstalling and installing the app and nothing works. I thought there was something wrong w my network. But it seems something is wrong with the app. I can't even get into it. :( I have u uninstalled the app.

2019-12-17	A *****	I have tried installing and uninstalling many times, the app simply doesn't want to start.. What's the point of reminding me to redeem my complimentary meal? Why don't you just use the tcc card system instead?
