Stream Reflector turns your Android device into a powerful multi-camera video relay. Ingest live streams from IP cameras, body-worn cameras, and tactical cameras on your local network, then forward them to remote servers over the internet — all without transcoding.

MULTI-SOURCE RELAY
Stream from up to 4 independent camera sources simultaneously. Each source gets its own relay group with independent destinations, reconnect logic, and status indicators. One camera losing connection won't affect the others.

FLEXIBLE PROTOCOL SUPPORT
Ingest from RTSP or UDP sources and relay to any combination of:
• RTSP — Low-latency LAN and server-to-server relay
• RTMP — Stream to media servers, CDNs, YouTube Live, and Wowza
• RTMPS — Encrypted streaming for platforms like Facebook Live or YouTube
• SRT — Professional-grade streaming over unreliable networks including cellular and satellite
• UDP — Simple multicast or unicast for controlled networks

Each relay group supports up to 4 destinations, each with a different protocol. Stream the same camera feed to a cloud RTMP server and a local RTSP monitor at the same time.

LAN CAMERA DISCOVERY
Scan your local network to automatically find cameras with open RTSP ports. The scanner checks ports 554 across all devices on your subnet. Tap a discovered camera to populate the source fields instantly.

KLV METADATA EMBEDDING
Embed MISB ST 0601 KLV metadata into SRT and UDP streams using your phone's GPS and orientation sensors. Configure horizontal and vertical field of view, slant range, and update rate. Ideal for ISR, mapping, and situational awareness applications where geospatial context is critical.

MICROPHONE AUDIO INJECTION
Add live audio commentary by mixing your phone's microphone into the outgoing stream as an AAC audio track at 128 kbps. Useful for field narration, security patrols, and remote observation.

ALWAYS-ON BACKGROUND SERVICE
Streaming runs as a foreground service with a persistent notification. Close the app and streaming continues. The service includes:
• Automatic reconnect with exponential backoff (5s to 60s)
• Network-aware retry — pauses when connectivity is lost, resumes when it returns
• Stream stall detection — kills frozen connections after 30 seconds and reconnects
• Per-destination status indicators with real-time bitrate display

AUTO-START ON BOOT
Configure Stream Reflector to begin streaming automatically when the device powers on. All relay configurations are saved and restored. Perfect for unattended deployments, remote camera installations, and always-on monitoring setups.

HARDWARE BUTTON CONTROLS
Toggle streaming hands-free using volume button combos (Up + Down simultaneously). On Samsung Galaxy XCover devices, the programmable XCover and Top keys work even when the app is in the background — no setup required.

ZERO TRANSCODING
Stream Reflector copies video and audio packets directly without re-encoding. This means minimal CPU usage, no quality loss, and the ability to run multiple relays simultaneously on modest hardware.

Full UI and help documentation available in 30+ languages with an in-app language selector.
