Huge disappointment!! When I first opened the app, 31 seats were showing for Chennai to Palakkad for 19th Sept. As I selected each seat, message came that it was already booked & the number of available seats came down, one by one, to 5. I opened red bus app & was able to book the same seat which I wanted on my 1st try, of course with a higher cost. Why Parveen Travels, why???

I had a parcel in Parveen travels, the parcel was from Sivakasi to Chennai, it has been 5 days the parcel departed from Sivakasi, I never seen a such a bad service, they don't even picked up my call, I have called them more than 7 times, the response is very poor

Worst travels ever.... I booked a ticket from bhavani to pondy. We had to change two busses. That too the second van was in a very worst condition. They only informed that we should change two busses on the day of travelling.This is the worst ever customer service. There are many other travels which gives us a good service. So please book any other travels except PARVEEN TRAVELS.
