Psychotherapy via video, audio or messenger

PsyPsy is an online psychotherapy service that allows you to receive help from a psychologist from anywhere in the world. We work with more than three hundred proven and experienced specialists who will carefully provide you with support in a variety of life situations and help you cope with depression, anxiety, family conflicts and other psychological challenges.

How it works?
You download the application, fill out the form and register in the service. After that, you pay for a subscription, and we select a specialist based on your request. The psychologist contacts you via chat and you set a convenient time for the session.

How much does a subscription cost?
2990 rubles per week. We accept payment by any cards. When paying with a foreign bank card, the cost will be 49 euros per week.
The subscription includes:
correspondence with a psychologist directly in the application for five days a week - you can write as much as you need
30 minute session
From the second week of therapy, correspondence can be replaced by an additional 30 minutes of consultation - this will give you one hour-long session per week.

Are all PsyPsy psychologists professionals?
Certainly. All psychologists collaborating with the PsyPsy service have higher professional education and five years of work experience. All of them undergo regular supervision and comply with the psychologist’s code of ethics. Our specialists work with adults both individually and in pairs. Is online therapy effective?
Yes. Not long ago, a study was conducted that confirmed that working with a psychologist online is just as effective as in person. Most clients feel improvement from the fifth week of online therapy.
