The "Psychophone" application recognizes and eases episodes: anxiety, sadness, stress and low self-confidence.

The application contains: 1) a list of psychophysical signs (symptoms) to identify each of the individual episodes, 2) tips, instructions and interventions to mitigate and overcome them 3) a package of exercises for self-empowerment and 4) a database of organizations in Vojvodina that provide services related to mental health.

Application description:

Based on the offered list of different psychophysical symptoms related to: anxiety, sadness, stress and low self-confidence, you check your symptoms in order to get feedback on the type of psychological problem you are facing. You run the part of the application that relates to your problem - anxiety, sadness, stress or low self-esteem. And you get access to psychological advice, instructions and interventions to alleviate the problem.

You apply advice, instructions and interventions within a defined time frame and according to the instructions - you work on yourself. In addition to exercises, tips and instructions for anxiety, sadness, stress and self-confidence, the application also contains a package of exercises for self-empowerment intended for general mental strengthening.

Identified psychological episodes of anxiety, sadness, stress and low self-confidence stand out as the most common in the daily work of psychologists with clients. If they are not treated adequately, each of them can grow into a serious psychological problem and can significantly impair the quality of life.
