"e-Lekha" (Lekha is a Hindi word meaning accounting or finance), is a 3G enabled Android application which works perfectly in all 7 inch Tablets and is powered by Qualcomm Technologies. This application can be customized to match the needs of any Micro Finance Institution (MFI). Although the present application has been developed in English, it can be customized to any local language. This app can be used for performing the day-to-day field operations of an MFI. The operations include Registration of Customers, Compulsory Group Training (CGT), Group Recognition Test (GRT) and Repayment Collection. All necessary Know Your Customer (KYC) documents required for processing of a loan are captured and submitted through the app. Front line workers are the prime users of this app.
