PIGCE (Comprehensive Program for Close and Efficient Government) is an application that facilitates the implementation of Social Planning with the purpose of designing dynamic territorial strategies for participatory public policy at the neighborhood level and for groups of neighborhoods viewed as Urban Social Environments.
