ProxyLink: SOCKS5 & HTTP Proxy

ProxyLink routes your entire device's traffic through a SOCKS5 or HTTP proxy you already own — your home server, a VPS, or a paid proxy provider. No proprietary network, no telemetry, no logs.

This is a proxy client, not a VPN service. You bring the proxy server; ProxyLink does the system-wide tunneling.

PRIVACY BY DEFAULT

ProxyLink has no servers of its own. Your traffic goes directly from your device to YOUR proxy.

• Profile metadata and proxy passwords are stored in the Android Keystore (encrypted, on-device)
• The tunnel does not log domains, destinations, or payloads
• Open about what it does and what it doesn't

WHAT IT IS NOT

ProxyLink does not provide proxy servers. It is not a free VPN. It cannot bypass restrictions imposed by your network operator or device administrator. You must already have access to a SOCKS5 or HTTP proxy you trust.

KILL SWITCH (ANDROID)

For full lockdown behaviour — block all traffic if the tunnel drops — enable "Always-on VPN" and "Block connections without VPN" in the system VPN settings. ProxyLink links you directly there from the in-app Settings screen.

PERMISSIONS

ProxyLink uses Android's standard VpnService API (BIND_VPN_SERVICE) to capture device traffic and forward it to your proxy. This permission is required for any system-wide proxy / VPN client on Android.
