les bornes indiquent accepter l utilisation de la carte bancaire en direct ce qui est faux dans la station oú je me trouve. Donc obligé d installer l application pour charger ma voiture et service assistance n est ouvert que sur les heures de bureaux donc clairement inutile pour bcp. Une belle façon de forcer la collecte de données des utilisateurs sur la base d un mensonge (clairement imprimé sur les bornes "carte de credit" ou "application" ou "badge de mobilité).

I cannot recharge my car as the app doesn't recognise my charger type (even though it I have the right charger type for the power pump). There are no drop-down charger options in the app to choose from (only free text!), and when I use the QR code scanner in the app, the app recognises the pump as a different charger type which it then says is unavailable. It is not! Phone helpline also closed. Don't waste your time, go to another charging station.
