ProUsuario Digital is an official tool from the Superintendency of Banks of the Dominican Republic that lets you quickly check the status of your financial products. Through the extension you can access credit inquiries, claims and complaints, reports of unwanted calls, financial health indicators, inactive or abandoned accounts, indicator comparisons, a banking map, deposits from entities in liquidation, and financial education content.

The Credit Inquiry provides a personalized, consolidated report of your loans in the national financial system and a credit risk rating as reported by financial intermediaries to the Superintendency. This report is not a replacement for credit bureau reports, does not include a credit score, and does not guarantee credit eligibility. If you find information you don’t recognize, contact your financial institution and file a claim to request correction.

Actualmente me parece una aplicación muy útil, creo que deberían implementar puntuaciones antes que valores como A,B o C para que se parezca más a lo que tiene el mercado como TransUnion o Equifax. Sería ideal también tener la información actualizada más a menudo.

Hola, la aplicación no está funcionando correctamente. Cuando intento iniciar sesión, me indica que ya tengo una cuenta asociada a mi correo de Google. Sin embargo, al intentar ingresar con esas credenciales, me redirige al inicio de sesión de Google. Selecciono mi cuenta, pero luego me devuelve a la pantalla de inicio de la app, quedando en un bucle. Este mismo problema ocurre en la versión web. Agradecería mucho si pudieran revisar y solucionar este inconveniente.
