It "logs me in," but my balance shows 0 and no active trades when, in fact, I have active trades. There is nothing more frustrating than trying to manage an active trade only for the app to fail, and you can't get logged in. I was trying to close trades today when I saw it turning around on me, only for the app to lock up and came up with error messages

2025-01-16	Jo*****	Is this thing on? Any development still happening here? The chart is awful. Does not save anything you do the chart, the moment you leave it, any addition or modification you made will have to be made again. And you'll have to wait 30 seconds or so each time you open a chart to see where the price is. Beyond this, price will stop moving, and PL will freeze and you must restart the app to get it going again. If you're lucky! Most times when you restart the app it will reopen with no user data. 🤬

2024-12-27	L *****	Highly annoyed with this app. I have been trying to log on for more than 12 hours with no luck. Haven't been able to get into a trade for days. When I did get into a trade, the app froze up and I was unable to exit the trade. Had to go to the website and transfer money out of my trade account to close the trade. I will be accessing from my computer going forward. This app is complete trash.

2024-10-04	Z_*****	This app definitely needs work /updates it glitches and freeze way too much , I set a stop lost and take profit on a trade I came back 20mins later and check on the trade next thing you know is the stop lost target price CHANGED to a different price so I then edit it again to my target price $19920 nas100 then 30mins later the trade was closed at $19908 way below the price I inputted. If you want to lose money most of the time use this app. Too much bug. Don't use this app, you were warned

(Whenever you attempt to log in again) If you do not believe me, their "24/7 chat" is NOT a human being but AI-generated response system, see for yourself if you seek to find out for yourself. 2024-07-02	Vi*****	I see why the reviews for this app are so low. I just downloaded it today, and I can't use it for 5 minutes before it crashes. I'm having to log in again and again and I haven't even had the chance to navigate the app. I'm disappointed that Hugosway only uses this platform because I actually liked using them as a broker, but I can't with this app. If they go back to MT4 I would absolutely consider using them as a broker again.

2024-06-10	Ye*****	I wish I could comment without give a star. The app MAY load if you keep trying and don't give up. You are better off with the desktop version if you have the time to be bounded in one place. Definitely not recommendable to any level of trader.

2024-06-06	Na*****	this app is seriously the worst! it is super slow in it's reaction to my trade confirmations/trade close, the chart is always glitching - showing inaccurate readings before showing the actual timeline, I cannot even save my templates I assign, always having to re-do the templates.. I am seriously considering to liquidate and close this trading platform. HugosWay should have never parted ways with MT4....
