Useless app. Made a booking to service car at 1/1, email sent to me stated will contacf me within 3 working days to confirm the booking but never do so. I called to the customer service to reconfirm the booking, i query the customer service why dudnt get back to me. The lady said, custoner need to call themselves for the confirnation. Then Whats the point to use app if customer still have to call? Wasting time only.
