Tsleem

Tsleem is a field operations app for inspection and maintenance teams. Technicians receive work orders on their phone, complete the checklist on site, and submit photographic evidence — with or without a connection.

ACCOUNTS ARE ISSUED BY YOUR EMPLOYER
There is no public sign-up. If your organisation uses Tsleem, an administrator creates your account and assigns your work.

WHAT YOU CAN DO
• See the work assigned to you, and what the rest of your team is handling
• Claim a job, fill in its checklist, and submit it
• Capture photographic evidence with the camera, attached to the specific question it answers
• Record where the work took place — location is optional, and a checklist still submits without it
• Work with no signal: checklists and photos are stored on the device and sync automatically when the connection returns, with sync status visible throughout
• Raise and track tickets for anything that fails an inspection
• Approve or reject submitted work, with the technician's answers and photos in front of you
• Get notified the moment a job is assigned to you

AUTOMATIC PHOTO CHECKS
Organisations can switch on an automatic check that assesses whether a photo actually supports the answer given. The result is advisory: a person always makes the final decision.

ARABIC AND ENGLISH
The entire app works in both, right-to-left layout included, and the language can be switched at any time.

Tsleem is operated by Protag KSA.
