Simply doesn't work. Clicking on the (+) button opens a menu, when clicking on the [↓Backup] option, it complains about not having some mysterious permissions, but there's no button/menu to click to enable anything, neither are there any permissions pending in the App Settings (the app itself has no settings menu or anything like that.)
