Here, you can jump straight into action with "Create Session" or "Quick Timer" buttons, or immediately launch your last configured session. When it comes to planning, the Session Builder screen lets you construct and modify your practice layout on the fly. You can see the total duration of the session, add new intervals, customize details in the modal Timer Editor (choosing types like warm-up, drills, scrimmage, recovery, or custom), and easily reorder blocks using drag-and-drop.
