Recent reviews

Every single time I open the app to set or reset the alarm, the app asks to secure the device. I just want to get into my home and it asks to do this. Over and over and over again. Securing the device would involve receiving an SMS. Of course I would just do it, but it doesn't work. We've contacted support, tried changing the SMS number. No, it doesn't work. The support just told me that securing the device is completely optional, and I can just skip it... which I do.. over and over again...
