So easy to use and you get confirmation by text the day before. I used to have to call and it was such a long, annoying process. This is such a breath of fresh air... Now we'll just see if the rides are reliable 🤞

Most times it's a useful tool but it doesn't help if the people running it and scheduling the rides dont call and let us know (at least by the night before) if they don't have enough drivers in the area. This has happened multiple times.. it is very difficult and stressful to find a ride last minute.
