Used to enjoy the old app, but the new version not allowing to exclude POA is insane. Someone who needs a low budget and thinks they have the opportunity to buy a property, then when you filter only bloody POAs i.e. very expensive houses that owners find awkward to publish, but then this shouldn't even be showing up in my 130k houses searches. I liked the new search based on miles from a certain region. This was a good addition, so that's why 2 stars instead of 1.

As of Midnight, there will be no more listings on this app. It is reasonable to assume that the app is no longer trustworthy and will deliver poor services for everyone. This includes the astronomical fees that have to be paid in order to have a listing on here. My 1 Star will remain until major restructuring & changes are made.
