Today May 30th 2024. App stating data uploading refresh or come back later. Map not showing any hearts & routes. Uninstall reinstalled etc nothing changed

It loads when it wants. It needs an option of signing in and out. This way, we can keep track of hearts from previous years. Also if we lose or break a phone and have to get a new one we don't like our progress. I broke 2 phones in the last month and I lost all of my hearts. Right now it doesn't even have the hearts on the screen. It says 0 out of 000. I had to reinstall it, and now all I see is a white screen.....0 stars.
