The customer service is almost non existent.. it started out great, then nothing.. i literally searched to see if they were still in business.... due to No responses to direct questions or on the FB page... It is rather frustrating. I called doterra directly and the customer service reps had NO IDEA what i was talking about or even heard of promo republic. Ive tried to cancel it for a 3 years and can't get ahold of ANYONE!
