1. Identity-based habits
This is something that is emphasized in the book The Power of Tiny Habits and Hyperfocus. Identity is the most important thing in forming habits. People live with multiple identities. Also called persona. Even if you are a charismatic professional at work, you become a caring mom and dad at home. You can tell just by looking at the secondary characters that are popular these days. The moment you put on the alt mask, you will perform actions that an alt character would do. Without even realizing it. This is what it means to have an identity. Without even realizing it, we automatically act in accordance with that identity. That's the power of identity. Do you think, ‘What will change if you just think, ‘I am this kind of person’? Yes, that's right. It won't change completely overnight. But change will begin. Let’s assume that you have decided on your identity, ‘I am a healthy person.’ Now the question ‘What does a healthy person do?’ is going through my mind all day long. When faced with stairs and escalators, ask yourself, ‘Do healthy people use the stairs? Should I take the escalator?’ Looking at the restaurant menu, I thought, ‘Do healthy people eat hamburgers? ‘Should I eat a salad?’ After work, ‘Netflix and chicken and beer? “Would you like to go to the gym and work out?” Of course, you can't just make healthy choices. But a few right choices can start to transform you into a healthy person. And surprisingly, the right choices work the other way too. The right choice creates proud and happy feelings, which in turn strengthens one's identity. You make the right choices because of your identity, and making the right choices strengthens your identity. A virtuous cycle of habits and identity begins. Once this virtuous cycle begins, we finally begin to grow as we want to.

2. Reverse use of dopamine
Dopamine is a neurotransmitter that creates a feeling of pleasure and makes you repeat something. This is the key to creating habits. But did you know that dopamine is released not only when achieving a goal, but also when planning a goal? Yes, that's right. Dopamine is released when a goal is achieved, causing the person to repeat the goal, but it is also released when the goal is expected to be achieved, motivating the person to complete the action. Other habit and routine apps usually automatically create a daily habit list. However, Naagam is designed to bring with you habits you have defined based on your identity every morning. Plan your day and release dopamine. Take 5 to 10 minutes every morning to plan what you're going to do today! 3. Execution intent
In 2001, an experiment was conducted in England to encourage exercise habits. The subjects were divided into three groups. The first group was asked to simply check how often they exercise, the second group was given motivation by informing them of the benefits of exercise, and the third group was given motivation + a plan for when and where to exercise. What was the result? There was little difference between the first and second groups. Between 35% and 38% of people exercised at least once a week. Motivation had no effect. But what was surprising was the third group. A whopping 91% of people exercised at least once a week. Isn't it amazing? In technical terms, this is called ‘execution intention’. Make a concrete plan: “I will do [what action] [when] [where].” So, Naagam added when and where items to the to-do list. I have set [at a convenient time] and [at a convenient place] as the defaults, so for now, just plan things to do. Because you can forget it quickly. After adding all the to-dos, you can look back at the list and modify when and where to do them.

4. The three most important things
Have you ever gotten tired of trying to do too much? We are greedy. Because of that greed, we often make unreasonable plans. So we need to pick the three most important ones and do them first. Think about the three most important things that will change your life every day and plan to do them first!

5. Gratitude diary
