The app is not working. It won't log me in it says "Make sure your phone is connected to a valid network!" even if I am. Also uninstalled and installed again to no avail

I don't know whether this is router issue or app issue. Always App shows UL speed much higher than DL speed. Sometime its ration like 1:10. I checked it with different ISP but same problem found.
