2023-10-02	Co*****	App blows just like the old one. I have to re-download it every time I'm trying to start a report only to have to delete it halfway through because it will not log my inputs. The old app was the same, except it was completely unusable even after redownloading. Just use a different service. I know we are switching. This is pathetic. Btw that's literally their suggestion is to re-download. They don't know how to fix it because they have no idea what they are doing. It's painfully obvious now!
