Project Weight Drop

Project Weight Drop helps you organise everyday nutrition and follow your progress in one place.

Using information provided by the user, the app sets a daily calorie and macro target for the selected eating style: KETO, LOW CARB or BALANCE. With PRO, users can generate individual meal-plan days, review ingredients and shopping lists, and replace one meal without changing the rest of the day.

BALANCE offers a balanced approach to meal planning for people who want to account for protein, fat and carbohydrates without following the rules of KETO or LOW CARB. The daily target is calculated from information entered in the app, while meal suggestions take saved food preferences into account.

The plan and diary remain separate. Marking a meal as eaten records it in today's totals without changing the approved meal plan.
