2025-01-25	An*****	Absolutely terrible. It's 2025, everyone knows how to use wifi and this app cannot for the life of it connect to the device. I've tried on the pixel 7a and pixel 9 pro. I'm 30 y/o, not over 50. I've reset, unplugged and even uninstalled and re-installed the app with no positive results. I paid over $1,000 for this product for it to stop working within 2 weeks of setting it up. I'm disappointed in the app development as well as the "quality of the build" they push so hard to promote.

2024-10-02	Ka*****	This is the best product I have ever decided to purchase. Fresh veggies, clean and delicious right from inside my house. It doesn't matter if it's sunny outside or snowing. Veggies from the store will never test like the one I have from my Gardyn. Also, it doesn't need too much care but only some simple tasks every weekend will do everything. Thank you for your excellent product and services.

2024-09-17	Na*****	The app stopped being able to connect to my Gardyn and all my plants died because the item wasn't working. Customer service wanted to be troubleshooting for days and nothing worked. This cost too much stress. Not recommend to buy this. The app and item need more work. Now I have to pack this item to send it back, what is more inconvenient.

2024-04-30	M *****	Glitchy, the light schedule is horrendous. It'll say off but it's full boost mode. I just have to unplug it but that's super annoying to turn back on and reconnect. Everything is so annoying on the app! I hate it immensely! This is my second month of using the Kelby assist thing too and it's literally a SCAM. Does nothing, so pointless. Every now and again it just tells you to look at something but you can easily figure it out yourself. I am not a gardener and I can do it lol. Don't waste $$

2024-04-27	La*****	I don't know what happened to this app! It suddenly won't let me manually turn on and off the lights and water. And now it's ignoring the schedule! My plants are going to die because I depend on the system to do what I paid $700+ to do! I have to work, I can turn the lights on and off every day, I really can't manually water all of the plants four times a day! Also, the physical system itself works! This issue is 100% the programming of this currently worthless app.

2024-03-28	PM*****	App is not working : just keeps 'loading' and does not let me make changes to settings. I have turned the app off and on again, then Uninstaller and reinstalled. Turned my phone off and on again, and nothing is working. Just keeps giving a "loading" screen. I really was excited about this system.... I hope this can be fixed. Review will be updated when it works again!

2024-01-15	Ke*****	When you pay for something that costs as much as this does, then have to pay hundreds of dollars EXTRA just to use the associated app's features, the very least the developers could give you is a push notification that the water level needs tending. Overall, I like the device - the food grows well and tastes great - but the lack of convenience from the app and having to babysit it regularly is super lame. If they don't improve the app functionality, we won't continue paying for it.

I guess I have to put a water level alert on my Gardyn via third party technology, since I'm going to have to pay for that separately anyway. It also didn't set it's time zone to my local time zone when I set it up the first time. I'm a little suprised a $700 piece of modern tech can't handle that automatically.

2023-11-21	Ma*****	Love my gardyn device, but after the last update Kelby quit sending push notifications to remind me about adding water, etc. The main reason I have the subscription is for Kelby's help and reminders. So I have paid for a service that I am not getting. Plus with the increase in credits for even many of the basic plants, the subscription no longer has much value to me. I don't plan to renew.

2023-10-09	Me*****	The app seems to keep losing features. When message do come from Kelby they are often late or don't match what is actually happening. The video does nothing except show an occasional picture. 6+ months of use and I have yet to see a time-lapse photo. I love the gardyn itself, but wish the app would be better rather than getting increasingly worse.
