Trainee is an app that tracks everything regarding your weightlifting, no matter if you're part of a team or working out alone. It uses the information gathered by your workouts, to figure out optimal workouts, rest times, volume and rpe to give you the most gains possible.

Trainee is also made for sports teams, or personal trainers who wants to follow along in their clients workouts and stats. In Trainee it's easy to share workouts with clients, and see everything needed to optimize the clients workouts.

In the future Ai will be implemented, trained on all the stats gathered by all users in the app and become everyones personal trainer, as well as other useful features, like an ai technique checker!
