2026-08-20	Ja*****	Great for vending! My handwriting SUCKS, so having this little gadget around is great to make printable signs very quickly. I don't like that a lot of the fonts and everything are hidden behind a paywall, but there are some free fonts so there is that.

2026-08-20	Ja*****	This app requires a subscription in order to save labels (aka templates). Phomemo made this change as of Aug 1, 2026 and it makes my printers useless. I used to love my label printers for basic printing, but now I'm switching to a competitor that doesn't continuously charge me money to use them. This is a horrible business model for a product that has so many competitors and I will discourage anyone from buying any Phomemo products.

2026-08-20	An*****	This app went from saving all of my prints and templates, to saving my templates but not my whole print history, and now suddenly all of my saved templates are going to be deleted unless I give you $9 a month? I'm a small business owner with probably 100+ templates saved, and you tell me NOW that you're going to wipe them all unless I pay you? You cannot tell me with a straight face that this isn't absolutely absurd. Also, maybe quit shoving AI down our throats? I'm moving on immediately.

2026-08-18	Om*****	I have 2 M200 label printers. Enjoyed them very much for a couple of years. However, the app stopped working and although I contacted customer service, no reply. I have no way to get the devices to operate without the app. No way to re-register. Keep getting an error message. Would appreciate a response and a solution.

2026-08-18	Ty*****	If you are reading this because you are looking to buy one of these printers, immediately stop, and go get a brother or dymo cube printer. It's worth it. For the App: This used to have value, but now even not being signed in and not using cloud, you can only save 3 templates... They are giving like 2 weeks to clean it up or they delete them. Every save it tries to force you to sign in and use the cloud option. The font search is useless, and this app is required by the label printers.

It was ok, though I had to spend hours figuring out how to get it to print actually centered on circular labels (had to adjust vertically on the print page). There were already several features and fonts that were premium only, but now I literally cannot print without subscribing. The app was meh for free, so I'm definitely not paying. Looking for a workaround now, but if you just bought this printer, I suggest returning it.
