Frequently unable to book a session as the calendar displays 'no data found'.. it's not just me as my partner also uses it and the same thing happens to her. What do 1R do in these instances ? Just have empty classes with nobody in them because they can't book? Either switch to a web only booking system or invest more in improving the app

2024-12-22	La*****	The new app doesn't have the feature to save fave clubs so every time you book, you have to filter by club which so annoying. Please put this feature back or if it's there make it obvious to the user how to save. Also the bike booking feature is now worse than before. Why have you done this?! It's really important to not fix something which was never broken on the first place or test with users who actually use the app.

2024-12-18	Ia*****	Poorer UX than previous, all in the desperate attempt to drive up selling revenue. Notifications don't link when clicked, the irony of recieving 9 x "we've made some app fixes" notifications ... Which can't be viewed isn't lost. "new to 1Rebel" scrolling banner ... Surely to god you can identify new and existing customers, and not push me an unattainable offer ... So disappointed by this app.

2024-12-10	Kr*****	The classes and the gym are amazing, but the app ever since the update is a complete mess and nightmare! Barely loads with perfect wifi signal and doesn't recognise mobile data at all if no wifi is available. All permissions are set correctly. Can't book classes any more, this app doesn't work! The update is a total fail, please bring the old version back!

2024-09-15	Va*****	Suggestions include being able to book multiple classes in one go without being taken to the front booking page each time, and would be useful to see the class capacity from your booking ie which other spots were book, without having to go out and back into the class list again.
