INDIVIDUAL MEMBER

The purpose of the Individual Package is to allow you to do your training by choosing the sessions of your choice (Yoga, Pilates, Fitness, programs) so you can personalize your daily exercise program.

You will have access to:

To all the routines of Pilates, Yoga, Fitness and all the programs that are on the platform.

The routines are accessible at all times, which allows you to do your sessions at a time that suits you.

GIRL TEAM MEMBER

The primary goal of the Girl Team is to supervise you each week with the Fitness schedule and thus avoid the hassle of finding sessions on the platform and have an adapted and balanced program to finally obtain results and keep your motivation and your discipline. .

The Fitness schedule will allow you to view and plan your sessions in your calendar and the sessions remain available on the platform's Girl Team.

Josée will offer you Sheathing, Flexibility Mini-Challenges and many other surprises to keep you stimulated.

You will have access to one live session per month with the Team that you can repeat in replay.

You will discover the GIRLS TEAM, a private group of girls and women who are determined and who share their sessions which makes all the difference in short and long term motivation.

Planning Fitness every week that you will receive by email. In the Planning Josée will offer you stretching, strengthening and Pilates routines to acquire a harmonious silhouette and develop muscular balance.

Access to the Girl Team community (private Facebook group) a must to stay MOTIVATED.
