2024-07-04	Pi*****	Before the update, the feature is best, which I can check my lab test reports and comparing the results to help me monitoring my health status i.e. LDL, Trigliserid, and urid acid level But unfortunately, after updating, that feature is gone. And the app directed me to also install another app, to get the access to my lab tests. And still no access. I hope the admin can fix the issues.

2024-01-04	Al*****	It is always hard to finish the payment. I can't use any debit virtual account, I can use OVO, but the OVO ID space is not even 16 digits. Of course it would be invalid and I can't do anything about it and just keeps on ordering the same time over and over again. Please if you don't want to use online payment for booking, just make an option for payment to the staff later when they arrive.

2023-02-16	fr*****	Terrible app. Couldn't get to the payment page (it kept showing "Bad Request"). Contacted the call center and they suggested me to wait until the payment time expires to try and book again (which took 2 hours!) and now when I have waited for 2 hours and ready to book again, the app crashed!

If a reference letter is needed for taking the test, we can easily chat with their doctors for free through the app. We can choose either contactless payment or directly paying through the counter. FAQs are very complete & thorough, and the results are tidily archived

It's easy to track the history results and also the fiture to discuss the results with the online doctor. Overall it is also user friendly.

I can search the laboratory location near my place. And the results are sent online, so I can track my history results easily in one single apps. One more thing is the facility to consult with the doctor for the results also is a plus point.

2021-09-10	Ha*****	Results are out but can't be seen. Every time I press the download logo, only a loading sign appears and then nothing happens. I've tried dozens of times but the lab results still don't come out. Until finally, I have to look through the Prodia website, the lab results can be seen and downloaded in pdf format. But the results through this website do not have an electronic signature, so you still have to go to the Prodia lab to take results with a signature so that they can be use
