ProcLog Android

ProcLog

Fast, private procedure logging for clinicians. Export PDF & CSV reports.

Overview

Features & Capabilities

ProcLog is a personal procedure log for clinicians — a fast, private way to record the procedures you perform and produce clean reports when you need them.

Built for the pace of clinical work: log a procedure in seconds between patients, instead of reconstructing your week from memory at the end of a shift.

WHAT YOU CAN DO
• Log a procedure in seconds — tap it, confirm the details, done
• Search a built-in catalog of procedure names, with standard reference codes included for your paperwork
• Pin your most-used procedures for one-tap access
• Add custom procedures for anything not in the catalog
• Record date, location, supervision level, outcome, ultrasound guidance, complications, and free-text notes
• Review totals and trends across everything you've logged
• Export PDF and CSV reports, with the option to mask patient identifiers

PRIVACY BY DESIGN
• No account, no login, no sign-up
• Your log stays on your device — never on our servers
• No analytics, no advertising, no tracking of any kind
• Optional cloud backup goes to your own Google Drive, in a private app folder the developer cannot see
• Optional biometric App Lock, auto-lock, and an on-screen privacy mode

FOR CREDENTIALING AND PERSONAL RECORDS
Generate a formatted report whenever you need one — for privileging paperwork, training program requirements, or your own records.

FREE AND PROCLOG PRO
ProcLog is free to use, including your first 5 logged procedures. ProcLog Pro is an optional subscription (monthly or annual) that removes the 5-procedure limit so you can log without restriction.

Subscriptions are billed to your Google Play account and renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in the Play Store under Payments & subscriptions.

IMPORTANT
ProcLog is a personal recordkeeping tool for individual clinicians. It records work you have already completed, and plays no part in patient care. It is not an electronic health record and not a hospital credentialing system. Reference codes shown alongside procedure names are for your own documentation, and should be checked against current official code sets before you rely on them for credentialing or billing.

Use ProcLog in accordance with your employer's privacy and device policies, and avoid entering unnecessary patient identifiers.
