Wheeler VNext is a cutting-edge fuel management app designed to optimize fuel slip generation, approval, and verification for transport companies and petrol pump operators. It enhances operational efficiency by digitizing the fuel issuance process, ensuring security, transparency, and real-time tracking.

Key Features:

Fuel Slip Generation & Approval:
After vehicle movement entry, a fuel slip is generated and issued to the driver.
Transport company users log in to approve diesel and voucher slips.
Approvals are role-based, with separate or combined approvers for diesel and voucher slips.

QR Code-Based Verification:
Approved fuel and voucher slips are sent to the driver via WhatsApp with a unique QR code.
At the petrol pump, the QR code is scanned by the pump worker for authentication.Once scanned, the QR code expires, ensuring that the fuel slip cannot be reused.

Driver & Vehicle Management:
The driver’s mobile number is mandatory during registration.
During vehicle IN & OUT entries, the mobile number is auto-populated if available.The system validates mobile numbers and prevents incorrect data entry.

Petrol Pump Worker Login & Fueling Process:
Pump workers log in to scan QR codes and validate fuel slips.
After fueling, the system marks the transaction as complete.
Fueling records, including slip and vehicle numbers, are maintained.

Reporting & Data Export:
Approved and rejected fuel slips are summarized in reports.
