Sprout: ADHD Kids Routines

Sprout is a calm, gentle daily-routine app for children — for families who want mornings, after school, and bedtime to go more smoothly.

Sprout shows your child one task at a time, so there's never a long, overwhelming list. Each task is clear and visual, with a friendly buddy, a picture cue, and an optional read-aloud. Finishing tasks grows a little garden and earns stars — and nothing is ever taken away.
