Crashed alot last season, now will not let ne sign in. I can sign in on Privit. Com. Doesn't make sense

So far I have installed it and it is not working on my phone, I click to start and my screen goes white and then a message pops up saying the app has stopped. I have submitted feedback when the app stops, I have uninstalled and reinstalled, but neither has helped. I have a Samsung J3, and dont know if it is my phone or the app.
