Ive tried to purchase minutes multiple times and my credit card gets charged but I never receive anything in return and I have contacted them multiple times with no response. I will change my review when I get customer support to help or get my money back. Update I was able to get my minutes after being able to get a hold with customer service. App is working great again and as promised!

2024-10-16	Mi*****	Every number I call just goes straight to voicemail and has a different voicemail. Then the actual real voicemail message of the phone. i was able to test this with calling the number with my real phone number. when I use my actual number, it rang multiple times until it went to voicemail. when I use any private caller number, it rang once and went directly to voicemail. No matter what?Number I tried to call and the voicemail was not the same.

2024-04-26	Re*****	Do NOT spend any money to add minutes to this app! You will look up and there will still be no minutes in your bank. Emails to customer service come back requesting you to provide proof that you paid- proof in the form of some type of code that you have to get from your Google account. A receipt, or a copy of a receipt, simply will not suffice. Explaining to them that there is no such code or that you can't find one, only prompts a repeat of the same email coming from a different person!, 🤬

Instead, a number is pre-selected and added to a list of numbers you can choose from. USELESS! Defeats the entire purpose since ANYONE, ANYWHERE can EASILY make a phone call using a different / anonymous # for free using phone # apps or other FREE apps. Not worth buying unless I can call from any number I wish. It's worthlesS.

2023-12-15	Le*****	Each call takes away 1 min from your balance which is fine.... BUT even if your call is 1 second they STILL take 1 minute from your balance for a 1 second call... THIS is how they take your money...I had an emergency where I was trying to contact someone and I called them 10 times.... the person never answered and each time I hung up my phone displayed 1 second.... all 10 times.... they STILL took 10 min away from me for a total of 10 seconds for each 1 second call... this is absolutely unfair

2022-11-29	Be*****	Hey guys the customer support people are able to unlock the old features for you if you simply send them an email they will update your accounts interface to allow you to use it the same way sorry if you guys are upset with the new default page but they had to revamp the default menu due to how easily this app could've been misused.
