2024-12-18	Br*****	This app has been horrible. I would place bets on things and all of the sudden they would jump up and extreme amount and then I would see the same item from the same seller back up the next day. And I have seen it multiple times for things I was looking at. So they have to be using accounts to jack up the prices to get what they want for it. And twice I won and both times I would go to collect and pay and the app would either bounce me out or just bring me to the main screen.

2024-12-11	Da*****	Pristine Auction's insufficient item categorization and processing led to unforeseen UPS charges totaling $100 for shipping, handling, taxes, and fees on a $200 order of pre-owned merchandise. Subsequently, UPS's failure to properly process the shipment necessitated me requesting credit card chargeback as two months later after Pristine Auction was still declining to issue a refund for the undelivered goods. Not a trust worthy company!

2024-07-31	Cu*****	Fun easy to use auction. Shipping prices are absolutely outrageous. 20 dollars to ship a hat that you'll end up waiting close to 2 weeks for. I've shipped many things and definitely feel they overcharge for shipping and add to their pockets.

2024-07-19	Ca*****	The app itself has some issues. I cannot see dollar amounts for my bids nor can I pay for all my items that I won and are on hold to combine for ship. I even try to just pay for everything through a website but it just kicks me over to the app.

2024-06-27	Ha*****	very frustrating, I've several different cards multiple times...they do not hold people accountable. in my opinion they don't want the person to pay because they make 30% your item is off thr market for 2 weeks and you get nothing... if you sell something, don't count on the money until the person pays. I want to say 20 different times people just don't pay...your item gets pushed back an all they say is, we'll we can relist it. but they don't put it at the front. same spot as before it sold

2024-03-12	Ha*****	They do not fulfill their orders. I ordered a boxing mystery box that was to contain 3 items. I received email notification that my item was delivered. I was away for a couple of days dealing with medical issues. Two days later I receive an email stating that my item was returned to sender ( which was not initiated by me). Now they are telling me that all they can do is give me a credit or refund. I want neither. I want the item I ordered. If they can't find a way to overcome even the sm
